The composition includes a variety of vegetables such as thistle, cauliflower, potatoes, artichokes, dried courgettes (prepared in season), as well as black and green olives, plenty of onions and capers, all sautéed in oil. These are accompanied by tuna belly and cod fillet cooked separately.
